Domestic Shipping Policy
Good(s) will be ship out as soon as possible once we received you order, it might not be the same day as you placed order with us. iGadgShop will need 2-3 days to process your order, shipments may be delayed if we are experiencing a high traffic, festival seasons, public holidays or factors that are out of our control. We will contact you via email or phone call if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order.

Standard delivery period 7 - 20 business days after good(s) sent out
Order Processing Period; order handling period within 2 business day, parcel tracking code will be available within 3 business days
Delivery time frame, parcel(s) will be shipped out 2 - 3 business day after payment
Delivery Estimations & Shipping Rates
Free shipping within East & West Malaysia, 7 - 20 working days excluding processing time. Order processing time 2 - 3 business days after you placed your order. Therefore, parcel(s) will be shipped out 2 - 3 business day after payment.
Orders will only be shipped out during business days, which are Monday - Friday. Shipment subject to business day, That might be delayed during festive seasons and public holidays
Business days are Monday - Friday, weekends and public holidays will not be included in shipping days.
We accept Debit/Credit Card & payment through iPay88. Good(s) sold are not refundable.
Order confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive an Order Confirmation mail from iGadgShop once you have made your payment upon your order, tracking number will be available 3 business day after order been shipped out.
Lost & Damages
iGadgShop.com.my will not be liable for any damaged or lost good(s) during shipping. If you received your order which is damaged or lost during shipment, please contact PosLaju Malaysia to file a claim.
PosLaju Malaysia delivered parcel to wrong address or person as parcel has stated correct shipping details.
